Client recognizes that the quality of the finished artwork depends solely on the quality of the photographs provided; CoolCoversOnline.com will furnish the best artwork possible dependant on the original image quality.

Client recognizes that CoolCoversOnline will not Copyright infringe and so therefore magazine titles and articles should not duplicate any major publications. (eg. Time,Playboy,GQ...etc.)

Client accepts all responsibility for title and article content and will be the sole entity responsible for any libelous or otherwise inappropriate material.

Client states that all photographs supplied are their own property and expressed permission of any subjects (people,businesses...etc.) have been granted.
